Check In on the Chickens

The chickens are allowed to Vancouver and Clark County. Roosters, however, are not allowed within the city of Vancouver.

Trisha Kraft, an officer of the Clark County Animal Control, said most calls related to chicken his office receives are chickens who stole their cash, are released or pecking in the garden of a neighbor.

"Chickens are hard to catch," especially in an urban area, Kraft said.
